HR Analyst
We are seeking an HR Analyst to focus on **personnel administration and support for unit routines**, ensuring legal compliance, process organization, and leadership support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Generate and monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave, and medical certificate reports, supporting leaders and senior management in indicator management.
* Perform attendance closing, track incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime), and verify justifications.
* Manage hiring, onboarding, and termination homologation processes, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation.
* Provide employee support, clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, vacation, and other personnel routines.
* Support unit recruitment and selection processes (internal announcements, resume screening, interview scheduling).
* Serve as the liaison between the unit and HR subsystems, supporting internal campaign and initiative communications.
* Ensure document organization and storage per internal guidelines and LGPD requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
* Experience with personnel administration routines and attendance control.
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
* Recruitment and selection experience is desirable.
