Provide administrative and operational support to the O\&M, Human Resources, Internal Communication, and Marketing departments, supporting process control, information organization, tracking of administrative requests, and assistance with corporate routines, ensuring quality, agility, compliance, and reliability in executed activities.
**Activities and Responsibilities:**
* Support the O\&M, HR, Internal Communication, and Marketing departments in daily administrative and operational routines.
* Assist in controlling, organizing, and tracking payment requests, reimbursements, invoices, and administrative processes.
* Perform data entry, verification, control, and organization of physical and digital documents and files.
* Support supplier tracking, contract management, internal controls, and administrative requests in coordination with partner departments.
* Assist in organizing corporate events, internal initiatives, communication campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
* Support asset management, internal controls, and tracking of administrative performance indicators.
* Support billing processes, financial controls, and related administrative activities, ensuring information organization and compliance.
* Perform duties in accordance with ODATA's SGI Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions, while respecting applicable legislation related to activities, with environmental conservation and worker health protection as core principles.
* Be aware of hazards and risks inherent to one's activities (EHS risk matrix), significant environmental aspects and associated impacts of one's work, as well as one's contribution to the effectiveness of the EHS management system and implications of non-compliance with applicable requirements and legislation.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience or knowledge of administrative routines is desirable.
* Knowledge of administrative financial processes (payments, reimbursements, and controls) is desirable.
* Knowledge of asset management and document organization is desirable.
* Knowledge of corporate event planning and internal communication initiatives is desirable.
