Ensuring an excellent customer experience **Job Description:** We are looking for a communicative, agile, and committed professional to deliver customer service in our buffet-style restaurant. The role involves providing customers with an excellent experience while ensuring organization, courtesy, and efficiency in service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and seat customers in the dining room; * Provide friendly and courteous table service; * Serve pizzas, beverages, and other buffet items; * Assist with dining room organization and cleaning; * Restock utensils and keep tables organized; * Support the team during restaurant operations; * Ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Agility and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability; * Prior customer service experience is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in pizzerias, restaurants, or buffet-style establishments; * Experience in public-facing customer service.
