Job Summary: A pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to assist with food preparation, organization, pizza assembly, and sanitation, following food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in preparing dough, fillings, and assembling pizzas 2. Responsible for organizing and sanitizing the kitchen and utensils 3. Focus on inventory control and waste prevention The pizzeria seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Paraíba do Sul (Grama). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing dough and fillings. Sort and organize ingredients. Assemble pizzas according to orders. Assist with baking (placing into and removing from the oven). Cut and package finished pizzas. Wash and sanitize food items and utensils. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Restock ingredients during operations. Store food properly. Assist with raw material inventory control. Prevent ingredient waste. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Position located in Paraíba do Sul / RJ. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this role. High school diploma required.
