Job Summary: Strategic involvement in the development, management, and analysis of multidisciplinary Road Infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Technical contract management and stakeholder interface Strategic involvement in the development, management, and analysis of multidisciplinary Road Infrastructure projects—from scope definition to As-Built documentation—ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the Concessionaire’s technical-financial and socio-environmental planning. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and review technical drawings using specialized engineering software; * Issue technical opinions and conduct critical analyses of projects and proposed solutions; * Conduct technical meetings with third parties, designers, consultants, and the Conceding Authority (ARTESP); * Manage technical aspects of contracts signed with third parties; * Serve as the technical interface between construction works, inspection teams, designers, consultants, and the Conceding Authority; * Manage contractual obligations toward the Conceding Authority (ARTESP); * Conduct and coordinate technical inspections, focusing on compliance, quality, and performance. **Technical Requirements** * AutoCAD 3D (Viewing only) * Intermediate to advanced Excel * Intermediate to advanced Power BI * Microsoft Project (desirable) * Familiarity with technical standards and procedures issued by regulatory bodies (DNIT, DER, ARTESP) is desirable * Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools will be considered an advantage. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
