Being DHL means developing your capabilities to the fullest.**Job Description** --------------------- Primary responsibility is to ensure team performance in cyclic counting, support operations, and correctly generate and control inventory-related reports; ensure accuracy of physical and system stock balances; comply with Safety and Quality standards and procedures.**Requirements** -------------- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (required); completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). Experience: Inventory-related activities such as report analysis, stock control, and maintenance of inventory routines; knowledge/skills in Power BI; Skills: Numerical proficiency / Intermediate Excel; strong verbal and written communication skills.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Analyze daily discrepancies; 2\. Responsible for filing and organizing documents according to CSA policies; 3\. Support analyses and investigations into stock balance discrepancies and procedural violations; 4\. Ensure correct issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual stock balance closing reports for the client (W2W); 5\. Conduct daily inventory of stock families (snap shot quantity); 6\. Analyze stock discrepancies (physical vs. system); 7\. Analyze stock discrepancies (logical vs. accounting); 8\. Report and prepare discrepancy forms (returns, inbound, missing cases); 9\. Adjust discrepancies in SAP upon approval by P&G management (Supply Chain and Finance); 10\. Support operational activities (receiving, validations, replenishment, picking, and shipping); 11\. Analyze potential stock discrepancies and drive improvements; 12\. Archive documentation; 13\. Develop automated internal controls; 14\. Generate control lists for STEAM item dispatch in the NPI area; 15\. Communicate and interface with P&G regarding inventory process status; 16\. Comply with conduct, asset security, occupational safety, product safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures; 17\. All responsibilities pertinent to the Inventory Assistant role; 18\. Perform any other tasks assigned by leadership; 19\. Positively contribute to implementing the OMS culture at the site.
