**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our Production Planning and Control team in a on-site format in Pirapetinga \- MG. Will be responsible for supporting production planning and control, from production to product delivery through continuous improvement projects. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Monitor reports and scheduling, aiming to identify production bottlenecks and correct them. * Seek and implement improvements and enhancements in the department using continuous improvement methodologies. * Monitor area indicators to ensure achievement of targets. * Review sector performance indicators with specific focus on costs and consumption to ensure achievement of established goals. * Develop preventive and corrective action plans to meet our customers' needs. * Collaborate on environmental, social, asset, safety, and quality management system matters, aiming to prevent the production system from varying according to Good Manufacturing Practices. * Comply with all company health and safety rules and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems is desirable. **Additional information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 62 paper mills.
