Job Summary: Professional required to monitor maintenance activities, manage vehicle fleets, control administrative processes, and provide operational and logistics support. Key Highlights: 1. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technology, **FREMIX** delivers high productivity, reduced service execution timelines, and lower service costs, contributing to sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor maintenance activities performed in workshops and on-site, reporting status, deadlines, and equipment release; * Track spare parts procurement, including system-based requests (S/A), control, receipt, and withdrawals; * Manage leased light vehicle fleet, controlling daily fueling and corrective and preventive maintenance coordinated with the leasing company; * Administer owned vehicle fleet, including document control, registration updates, inspections, and maintenance; * Monitor monthly closure of service orders (SO) and measurements; * Conduct weekly operational follow-ups to track demands and pending items; * Control workshop team attendance; * Manage corporate Uber requests, including approval, registration, and usage control; * Prepare and present monthly reports and presentations regarding Logistics and Fleet; * Provide operational and administrative support to internal teams; * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and QSMS departments. **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance / Food Allowance – BRL 48.00; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance – Porto Seguro; * Dental Insurance – Porto Seguro; * Birthday Day-Off; * Totalpass; * Business Hours; * 100% On-site; * Osasco – SP. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields; Experience in light and heavy vehicle fleet management; Experience in maintenance, spare parts, and contract control; Proficiency in management systems (ERP, S/A, SO); Intermediate/Advanced Excel. ### **Department:** Operations
