Sorting and shipping samples to customers. Document management: proposals, contracts, reports, and test forms within the system. Prospecting trade fairs, events, and sector opportunities. Developing marketing and social media content, occasionally stepping in for the marketing assistant. Managing document sending and receipt, especially NDAs (Non\-Disclosure Agreements). Updating customer databases. Preparing commercial proposals under supervision. Providing after-sales support. Managing the CRM (Bitrix) and using the Colet system for order-related information. Position based in Novo Hamburgo / RS. Previous experience as a Commercial Assistant, Commercial Analyst, Sales Assistant, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of these responsibilities. High school diploma required.
