**Job Description**
* Develop Social Service department projects, contributing to initiatives aligned with the Institutional Policy;
* Conduct various types of social monitoring, mediating conflicts between employees and the company;
* Carry out activities aimed at improving the quality of life in communities surrounding stores, through donations, social support to communities, and educational lectures;
* Receive and analyze community-related requests and social initiatives originating from various company departments or municipal authorities;
* Conduct socioeconomic assessments of employees to understand their social profiles, as well as services related to leisure, food, health, etc.;
* Refer identified cases to specialized services for support and/or monitoring, based on severity and/or vulnerability;
* Systematically monitor employees on medical leave, sickness benefit, work-related accident leave, maternity leave (from the start of leave through return and reintegration to work), and other occasional leaves;
* Act as a facilitator for employees regarding social security matters, including work-related accidents, medical evaluations, retirement, and benefit approvals.
**Prerequisites**
* Bachelor's degree in Social Service or Psychology;
* Experience in an organizational environment;
* Knowledge of safety programs such as PPRA, PCMSO, PPCI, etc.
