Job Summary: An operational professional to monitor production processes, implement indicator management, and apply continuous improvement methodologies, aiming for efficiency and innovation. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * Monitor the production process using **quality control tools** to ensure operational efficiency. * Implement **performance indicator (KPI) management** routines to optimize team productivity. * Supervise daily activities execution applying **Lean Manufacturing** techniques to reduce waste. * Organize production planning by aligning resources and deadlines with departmental demands. * Apply **Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)** methodologies to foster innovation in production processes. **?? How You Will Interact and Impact** * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align objectives and improve internal communication. * Participate in strategic meetings to contribute data-driven insights based on production data. * Develop managerial reports to support leadership decision-making. * Promote safety and quality culture, positively influencing the work environment. **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Advanced proficiency in Portuguese; **?? Technical Competencies** * Solid experience in **production process management** and quality control. * Practical knowledge of **production planning and control tools**, such as **ERP** and **MS Project**. * Ability to analyze and interpret **performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Familiarity with **Lean Manufacturing** and **Continuous Improvement** methodologies. **??
