Job Summary: Your daily responsibilities include operational tasks at the restaurant—preparing orders, serving customers with a focus on smiles, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the premises and equipment. We’ll count on you for restaurant operational activities: preparing and assembling orders; serving customers; and ensuring that the premises and equipment are always clean. Check out the details! Customer service is one of the most important parts of this role—it’s our top priority to generate smiles! As an attendant, you’ll be responsible for serving customers at our restaurants, performing duties such as taking orders and processing payments—including via our Drive-Thru. Preparing the delicious items that come out of our kitchen: sandwiches, French fries, beverages, and desserts—like our famous ice cream cone. ?? You’ll receive training on how to operate appropriate equipment, as well as how to maintain our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas—always following established guidelines and the operations manual. Participating in our training, integration, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
