High-end restaurant environment We are seeking a candidate with **proven experience in procurement, inventory control, and COGS**, possessing an analytical mindset and strong organizational and negotiation skills, to work in a high-end restaurant. **Main Responsibilities** * Procure raw materials, food, beverages, and operational supplies * Negotiate with suppliers (price, delivery time, quality, and terms) * Direct communication with inventory staff and management * Rigorous inspection of deliveries (quantity, quality, expiry date, and standards) * Ensure quality of purchased products * Record and update purchases in the system * Manage physical and system-based inventory * Monitor and analyze COGS * Approve supply requisitions according to operational needs * Reduce losses, prevent stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover * Support internal inventories and audits **Mandatory Requirements** * **Proven experience in procurement and inventory control** * Knowledge of **COGS and cost of goods sold** * Experience with **management systems (ERP/TOTVS/Excel/Sheets)** * Organized, analytical, and negotiation-oriented profile * Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility * Completed high school education **Important Advantage** * **Experience in restaurants or food service will be considered a significant advantage** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.900,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
