




Job Summary: Strategic procurement professional to manage the import process, supplier negotiations, and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of import processes and supplier qualification. Proven experience in manufacturing industry, negotiation, and communication in foreign languages. Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; a degree in International Trade is a plus. Advanced Excel and enterprise system tool proficiency. Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Main Responsibilities: Conduct strategic procurement; monitor and manage import purchase request processes; negotiate with raw material, general materials, and service suppliers; qualify and approve new suppliers; assess supplier performance; obtain quotations and contract external trade services; review and verify import documentation to ensure compliance with legislation; follow up on import processes with customs brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; propose improvements to procurement and import processes; align procurement needs with financial resources; ensure continuous company supply flow; build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Salary: Negotiable + benefits. Residency requirement: Vale do Sinos region. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position. Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month.
