Development of interpersonal skills and results-oriented focus Santa Cruz do Sul \- Santa Cruz do Sul Santa Cruz do Sul \- RS Permanent \- On-site**Job Description and Responsibilities** -------------------------- **Join the Passarela team!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Familiarizing yourself with the full range of products to be verified and seeking information and knowledge about any new products that may arise; * Receiving invoices and organizing incoming delivery trucks in the designated area, maintaining arrival sequence or priority order; * Verifying invoices against delivery notes, checking issuance date and invoice expiration date, then stamping and signing; * Inspecting truck cargo to ensure no mixing of food and non-food items before unloading; * Carefully verifying received goods against the delivery note, noting quantities received, weights, barcodes, expiration dates, temperatures of frozen and refrigerated products, as well as damages (dented boxes, leaks, torn or unsellable packaging);\- * Organizing received goods on pallets, separating food and non-food items, and preventing odor contamination or spoilage during stacking; * Requesting the presence of coordinators from the butcher and FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Legumes) departments when relevant products arrive, to supervise unloading; * Entering delivery note data into the system to cross-check against the received invoice; if all data matches, releasing the truck; otherwise, re-verifying goods and reporting discrepancies to the purchasing department and/or store manager; * Informing warehouse staff upon release of goods so they may be stored accordingly; * Separating and issuing transfer notes for goods destined for other Passarela stores, as requested; * Delivering store internal-consumption products to the company’s warehouse; * Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the entire workplace, facilitating movement of stored items; * Adhering strictly to technical and quality standards, as well as safety, hygiene, and health procedures, wearing required uniforms and PPE\#39;s;\- Strictly complying with the company\'s customer service standards; * Demonstrating teamwork spirit and assisting wherever needed **Requirements** -------------- **Job requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education **Skills:** * Strong communication and organizational skills; interpersonal relationship aptitude; emotional balance; results orientation; innovation and agility. **Interested in this position?** --------------------------- Apply now and take the next step in your career! ### **Job Details** CODE 123721 DEPARTMENT Santa Cruz do Sul \- Santa Cruz do Sul LOCATION Santa Cruz do Sul \- RS WORK MODE Permanent \- On-site APPLICATION DEADLINE 23/03/2026**Benefits** -------------- **Shopping discount bonus at the supermarket****Performance and/or attendance awards****Health insurance plan****Transportation allowance****Supermarket shopping discount program****SESC, SENAI, and/or SEST SENAT partnership programs****Internal events and celebrations****Career Path \- Internal promotions****Meal allowance****Corporate University \- Training and development****Development Programs \- Trainee and Leadership programs****Group life insurance**
