Execution of Reconciliations and Financial Reports **Financial Analyst** **Location**: Gravataí\-RS **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields * Experience: Financial routines; Technical Competencies: ERP, Excel, cash flow * Interpersonal Competencies: Organization, analytical thinking, communication **Purpose of the Position**: To execute, analyze, and control the company's financial routines, ensuring proper cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and decision-making support. **Main Responsibilities**: Accounts Payable and Receivable Management \- Control and schedule payments \- Process payment settlements \- Monitor due dates \- Conduct collections when necessary \- Perform bank reconciliations \- Track and reconcile credit card transactions \- Record merchandise purchases in the system **Cash Flow** \- Prepare and update cash flow using data from the OMIE system \- Forecast inflows and outflows \- Analyze variances **Reconciliations** \- Perform bank reconciliations \- Verify bank statements and balances Reports \- Generate financial reports from the OMIE system \- Support financial statements. **Reports** \- Generate financial reports from the OMIE system \- Support Financial Statements ***Market-Competitive Remuneration and Benefits*** Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: Category B Personal Vehicle
