Operational data control and recording **Job Description** Inspect and structure incoming and outgoing cargo according to company-established standards, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect and organize merchandise on the company's and client's platforms according to location, route, and report; perform loading when necessary; * Inspect, dismantle and/or assemble cargo inside the truck body and on the platform according to the cargo report and manufacturer specifications, preventing damage during handling and transit; * Assist in defining the optimal layout for locations to optimize space in the operational area; * Measure volume and/or weight of collected merchandise, identify discrepancies against fiscal documents, and notify the customer service department for appropriate handling and corrections; * Record volume and weight data per internal procedures, ensuring information accuracy and system updates; * Identify discrepancies between recorded and issued weight and volume measurements, registering them in the system per internal procedures; * Palletize and strap merchandise according to company procedures, as well as repair damaged packaging and goods whenever necessary to facilitate operational movement; * Identify and record non-standard, damaged, or non-conforming merchandise, noting physical conditions and characteristics relative to established standards, and forward to the responsible department; * Conduct terminal inspection at the end of the process, verifying undelivered merchandise and reviewing actions taken; * Seal vehicle cargo doors and take photographic records when necessary to prevent cargo issues during transit; * Control and enter operational data, forwarding it to relevant departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in merchandise handling processes and/or related areas. * Incomplete high school education.
