You will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in Food segment service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise all service processes and completion within your unit, ensuring customer service excellence and strict compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative performance results within your scope to optimize business unit operations; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for your unit, and ensure its achievement—and even improvement—throughout the year; * Lead team management: establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, and health & safety training; ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate within a large-scale industrial Facilities business unit with approximately 70 employees. **Key Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in manufacturing units, with focus on corporate and technical cleaning; * Proven leadership experience, including development and management of multidisciplinary Hard and Soft service teams. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with occasional weekend and/or holiday assignments. **Benefits that care for you entirely** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
