Configuration of internet, TV, and other service solutions **Job Description:** This is a professional responsible for installing, operating, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications systems and devices. The individual is qualified to install and repair internet, TV, telephone, and other related networks and equipment. They provide technical support for customer and company equipment, troubleshoot failures, deploy cables and equipment, and comply with technical standards and strategies regarding quality, health, safety, and environmental protection. Job Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair internal and external fiber optic networks. * Deploy cables and install equipment on poles, buildings, rooftops, ceilings, and towers in accordance with technical and safety standards. * Respond to customer service orders, adhering to scheduled appointments and deadlines. * Perform technical diagnostics, identify faults, and implement corrections to networks and equipment. * Install and configure broadband internet, TV, and other company-provided solutions. * Create user access accounts and perform network configurations according to technical standards. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on company and customer equipment. * Provide on-site technical support, clarify customer inquiries, and propose appropriate solutions. * Record and close service tickets with clear and objective information in internal systems. * Use corporate and operational tools and systems in compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Operate company vehicles for travel and external service delivery. * Strictly adhere to quality, occupational safety, PPE usage, and environmental guidelines. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
