Job Summary: The professional will manage the receipt and dispensing of goods, attend to patients, organize the department, and support audits. Key Highlights: 1. Organization of the department and support in internal audits. **Job Description:** ---------------------- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 \- Receive goods and inspect products verifying: quantity, packaging integrity, product preservation, brand, specifications, and expiration date; 2 \- Record ambient temperature and humidity of the department daily, both morning and afternoon, ensuring they remain within acceptable parameters; 3 \- Attend to patients and dispense medications responsibly and attentively, providing usage instructions. In case of discrepancies in prescriptions, contact the responsible pharmacist or physician; 4 \- During dispensing, verify whether the patient is within the timeframe to collect eye drops (minimum 3 months). If so, generate an APAC form, confirm the patient's personal information, complete the APAC form, and obtain the patient's signature; 5 \- Accurately record dispensed eye drops in the system; 6 \- Refer patients with questions or requiring specialized pharmacotherapeutic guidance to the clinical pharmacist; 7 \- Organize APAC forms by date, request physician signatures, log them in the register book, and hand them over to the driver for delivery to billing; 8 \- Conduct daily reconciliation of eye drop dispensing records in the system to identify any dispensing errors; 9 \- Clean and organize the department; 10 \- Prepare the weekly stock order (for warehouse and medications) and submit it to the responsible pharmacist for processing; 11 \- Assist in internal audits and verification of emergency carts. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **People with Disabilities (PCD):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance TotalPass **Work Location:** ---------------------- HOFTALON CENTER FOR STUDY AND RESEARCH
