




Job Summary: Pharmacist responsible for monitoring pharmacy activities, providing medication information, and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and control of medications and supplies ***TEMPORARY POSITION*** **REQUIREMENTS:** - Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy with an *active CRF*; *Preference:* Postgraduate degree in Hospital Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy. - Flexible availability for work hours. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Monitor activities performed at the Central Pharmacy, Satellite Pharmacies, and Compounding Center, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 2. Provide medication-related information to the entire multidisciplinary team; conduct prescription analysis to ensure rational, safe, and effective medication use. 3. Manage inventory control of medications and supplies. 4. Conduct and monitor expiration date verification, inventory accuracy checks, and cyclical inventory counts at all locations storing medications listed in Ordinance No. 344/98. 5. Procure medications listed in Ordinance No. 344/98. 6. Generate reports and financial statements for regulatory authorities (VISA and Federal Police). 7. Monitor surgical schedules (Operating Room and outpatient surgeries), assessing availability of required materials and medications for assembling surgical kits and for occasional use. 8. Analyze inventory levels, identifying shortages or stockouts. 9. Process and monitor purchase orders, deliveries, receipt, and storage of inventory transfers (across all inventory locations). 10. Manage surgical kits and procedures, assembled according to surgical schedules, as well as emergency kits and standard inventory. 11. Perform and supervise cleaning and organization of facilities, materials, and equipment; record temperature and humidity. 12. Handle entry and dispensing of parenteral nutrition.
