PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for the hiring of professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 220 hours **SALARY:** R$ 5039\.75 **UNIT:** **SUMMARY:** Delivers lectures on theoretical and practical knowledge related to the specialty of the position, aligned with the educational pillars defined by the institution, and facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated through: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, behavioral courses, and management activities. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated through: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker's Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlating to the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
