As a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst**, your responsibilities will include: \- Managing end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for various hierarchical levels; \- Aligning candidate profiles with leadership expectations, technical requirements, and behavioral competencies; \- Creating and publishing job advertisements across multiple channels (ATS, job boards, social media, and LinkedIn); \- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting departmental KPIs. Required qualifications and experience: \- Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Experience in Recruitment and Selection processes; \- Organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and teamwork orientation. Preferred (but not required): \- Experience in R\&S for commercial areas and/or industrial sectors. \- Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields.
