Description A Construction Foreman is directly responsible for transforming design plans into executed work, leading field teams to ensure quality, productivity, safety, and discipline, serving as the practical link between the project engineer/contract manager and the workforce. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; Experience on construction sites (residential, commercial, or industrial – adjust according to your vacancy); Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and occupational safety; Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities:** Lead and coordinate construction teams (masons, laborers, carpenters, rebar workers, etc.), ensuring productivity, discipline, and site organization; Plan and assign daily and weekly tasks according to the construction schedule; Monitor on-site work execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and best construction practices; Track deadlines and team productivity, reporting deviations, risks, and requirements to the responsible engineer; Control receipt, storage, and usage of materials and equipment, preventing waste and disruptions; Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and site organization; Act as the interface between field teams and engineering, supporting drawing interpretation and problem resolution; Provide technical guidance to teams, promoting professional development; Monitor staff attendance and performance, supporting personnel management; Contribute to site documentation, such as daily logs (RDO), production reports, and incident records. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
