The IT Support Analyst provides user support, ensuring network stability and technological environment security.

The IT Support Analyst will provide user support (on-site/remote), ensuring network (Wi-Fi and wired) stability.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, N1/N2 incident resolution, computer configuration, peripherals, and system support—aiming to enhance productivity and ensure technological environment security.
Main Responsibilities and Activities:
* User Support (Service Desk): Technical support (on-site or remote) for hardware and software issue resolution.
* MS365 (Microsoft 365\): User and license management, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and email configuration in the admin center.
* Networks and Wi\-Fi: Configuration and troubleshooting of local networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi\-Fi connectivity.
* Infrastructure Maintenance: Installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
* Ticket Management: Creation, tracking, and closure of incident and request tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
* Security and Access: User management in Active Directory (AD) or Azure AD.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or technical degree in IT, Networking, or related fields.
Prior experience in technical support.
Solid knowledge of Office 365 suite and Windows operating systems.
Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi).
