Mudes Foundation seeks a Support and Infrastructure Analyst to maintain the technology park, resolve technical issues, and ensure continuous operation of IT systems.

Mudes Foundation seeks a Support and Infrastructure Analyst to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain the technology park, including servers, cloud environments, cameras, etc.;
* Resolve end-user technical issues and ensure continuous operation of IT systems;
* Perform failure diagnostics, configure servers and networks, and implement backup and security solutions;
* Monitor infrastructure performance and implement updates and preventive maintenance to ensure service efficiency and availability;
* Implement, support, and monitor Windows and Linux server resources;
* Server formatting, RAID configuration, hardware replacement, software installation;
* Manage infrastructure capacity (CPU, Memory, Disk, Bandwidth);
* Firewall administration;
* Implementation, support, and documentation of backup and infrastructure routines;
* Office365 platform administration;
* Execute virtualization activities;
* Open and track vendor tickets (Telecom/Hardware/Software/Network providers);
* Open, log, and close tickets via web-based ticketing tool.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or currently pursuing one;
* Experience in Windows Server environments, projects, networking, Wi-Fi, and Information Security;
* Experience configuring managed switches;
* Experience logging, handling, and closing Hardware and Software tickets;
* Knowledge of Windows Server platform;
* Knowledge of server virtualization;
* Familiarity with core network services (DNS, AD, FS, DHCP, FTP, WSUS);
* Knowledge of Linux;
* Knowledge of ZABBIX, Grafana, and GLPI; familiarity with Information Security tools; familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM — Monday to Friday
Location: Rio de Janeiro City Center (100% on-site)
