We seek an enthusiastic individual passionate about the school environment and daily routines to serve as **Educational Coordinator \- Early Years.** Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management of pedagogical routines; * Team management; * Administrative management of the coordination office; * Student performance monitoring (results management); * Participation in the enrollment cycle; * Active participation in school activities, including events, fairs, meetings, and others; * Supporting and welcoming the school community \- parents/guardians, students, and teachers \- regarding student-related matters, promoting adaptation and integration into the school culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; * Professional experience in the field (Early Years); * Preferred: Postgraduate studies in School Management or related fields; * Strong interpersonal skills, communication ability, dynamism, responsibility, organization, commitment, and ethics. **Additional Information** * 44-hour workweek; * Employment contract: CLT; * Benefits: Profit-sharing program (PLR), Transportation Allowance, Day Off, Health and Dental Plans.
