We are seeking an Operator-Maintainer professional responsible for performing electrical services at substations, transmission lines, and primary switchgear for electrical equipment located at our Lajes/RN unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in carrying out maintenance activities on substation equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, disconnect switches). * Interpret single-line diagrams and electrical projects; * Perform regular inspections and tests on electrical systems and components; * Monitor the operation of substation supervision and control systems; * Operate monitoring systems to identify anomalies and ensure operational safety; * Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems in substations; * Contribute to configuring protection and automation systems; * Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and interventions performed on equipment; * Update technical documents and activity reports; * Participate in improvement and expansion projects for substations and transmission lines; * Collaborate with the team in analyzing feasibility and implementing new technologies; * Strictly follow safety procedures and technical standards during all activities; * Contribute to promoting a safety culture within the team; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance knowledge about electrical systems and safety; * Assist in training new employees when required; * Assist in responding to failures and emergencies, collaborating with recovery and restoration teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed Technical High School in Electrotechnology; * Experience with power electrical systems, substation equipment, and transmission lines; * Knowledge of diagrams, reading and interpretation of electrical projects, automation, and electrical installations. * Knowledge of yard switching operations and operational systems.
