After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be responsible for identifying, creating action plans, and resolving opportunities using available indicators from the dashboard (OSA, stockouts, material distribution, etc.) to improve sales performance and execution. * Monitor action plans with promoters and ensure adherence to procedures by leveraging team performance indicators to achieve targets and expected results, guaranteeing agenda effectiveness in line with leadership strategies. * Ensure clear communication of corporate requirements via available tools (systems, online meetings, in-person meetings, etc.), minimizing potential rework or miscommunication with the field team. * Manage mobile data collection indicators performed by the team at points of sale using the department’s mobile tools, ensuring field research quality. * Collaborate with the commercial team and clients to present opportunities and solutions to area challenges, seeking support to ensure merchandising team deliverables. * Oversee the management, distribution, and proper placement of merchandising materials (displays, printed materials, promotional items, etc.) at points of sale, ensuring they remain in good condition and ready for use. * Act as a leader—supervise, train, and motivate the promoter team through routine and area indicator management, conducting both in-person and online management to ensure field research quality and correct point-of-sale execution. * Ensure the promoter team under your supervision has all necessary PPE to perform safe in-store routines, using mandatory equipment and guiding compliance with SSMA team rules to guarantee team safety. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or related fields (mandatory); * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory); * Experience in people management (preferred); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) (mandatory). **Worth noting:** Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
