Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in senior management. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Strategic Management:** Lead store operations with emphasis on target achievement, KPI analysis, and strict budget and cost control. * **Team Leadership:** Develop tactical leaders, manage work schedules, deliver feedback, and ensure team engagement with company guidelines. * **Operational Excellence:** Ensure service standards, opening/closing procedures, inventory organization (preventing stockouts/losses), and food safety. * **Commercial and Marketing:** Monitor consumer trends, validate visual communication for promotions, and support negotiations with B2B clients. * **Maintenance and Processes:** Supervise unit infrastructure, inventories, and compliance with safety regulations and audits. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Extensive experience in senior management roles, preferably in the retail sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** **Process Management and Operational Efficiency \- Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain Management.** **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Assertive Communication and Emotional Intelligence:** Resilience to work under pressure and clarity to align processes. * **Organization and Analytical Thinking:** Ability to balance administrative routines (numbers/costs) with presence on the store floor.
