RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for planning, structuring, and developing policies for Human Resources processes. Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel. Lead onboarding of new employees. Plan, monitor, and implement training programs. Conduct performance evaluations and track performance improvements. Assist managers in resolving employee-related issues. Provide employee support by analyzing needs and requests. Plan employee vacations. Maintain and update CTPS records. Support coordination between the HR department and accounting. Perform other duties related to the Human Resources area. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
