Implement commercial strategies to increase revenue, establish partnerships, and improve customer experience. Supervise counter operations, reservations, contracts, vehicle check-in and check-out, ensuring compliance and quality. Conduct ongoing training for the team on sales techniques, customer service, and internal policies. Support fleet management in collaboration with the operations department, ensuring availability, preventive maintenance, and appropriate turnover.
