Description:
* Prior experience in inventory auditing, physical counts, or material control;
* Knowledge of ERP systems and stock management tools;
* Proficiency in data analysis and preparation of management reports;
* Ability to identify inconsistencies and propose efficient solutions;
* Familiarity with Excel and other data analysis software;
* Embody the organizational identity of Grupo Brisanet;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Update area indicators when required;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use personal and collective safety equipment when necessary;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and leadership direction;
* Conduct periodic audits of company stock to ensure record accuracy;
* Identify and report discrepancies between stock records and physical counts, investigating and resolving potential errors or variances;
* Operate inventory management software or tools to update and maintain accurate records;
* Implement and monitor cyclic and general inventory processes;
* Audit/evaluate all standard stock processes;
* Identify and report potential fraud, losses, and waste;
* Develop and suggest improvements to internal stock controls;
* Prepare detailed reports on conducted audits, presenting key findings and recommendations;
* Verify stock compliance with company policies and standards;
* Monitor storage and movement processes to identify optimization opportunities;
* Reconcile physical stock with system records;
* Conduct sample inspections of materials and tools used by field teams;
* Replace stock clerks during vacations, absences, etc.;
* Operate and maintain vehicles in accordance with Fleet Management procedures, ensuring proper functioning.
