Job Summary: Responsible for material procurement and supporting supplier negotiations, acting as backup to the Senior Buyer. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to the Senior Buyer 2. Procurement process management and supplier relationship management 3. Focus on negotiation and data analysis **Mission:** Responsible for procuring materials for resale, as well as operational consumables required for company operations; analyzing purchase requests and supporting supplier negotiations under the guidance of the Senior Buyer. **Responsibilities:** Conduct procurement processes; Contact suppliers; Support the Senior Buyer in identifying new suppliers; Process purchase orders; Enter and query items in the system; Verify product master data; Act as backup to the Senior Buyer during their absence. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; Minimum 2 years of experience in the role; Negotiation skills, strong communication ability, strategic mindset, ability to analyze numerical data, proficiency in working with data and KPIs, and mastery of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
