What You’ll Do Here: * Work hands\-on in solution development, directly contributing code, performing technical reviews, and participating in architectural decisions; * Provide technical leadership to squads, ensuring quality, consistency, scalability, and continuous application evolution; * Resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks affecting delivery, working closely with teams and leadership; * Co\-create and evolve the roadmap with the Product team, aligning strategy, technical feasibility, and execution; * Define, monitor, and promote engineering best practices—including clean code, testing, observability, CI/CD, and development standards; * Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, monitoring, continuous process improvement, and proactive technical issue resolution; * Support solution architecture evolution—especially in cloud environments, APIs, services, and integrations; * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, balancing user experience, business impact, timelines, and technical quality; * Foster a high-collaboration, autonomous, responsible, and high-performance environment within squads; * Develop people through consistent feedback, technical mentoring, 1:1s, and close tracking of developers’ growth; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, demand prioritization, and the Technology team’s ways of working. What We Expect From You: * Solid software development experience, with strong hands\-on involvement and ability to lead by example; * Strong expertise in Node.js, APIs, and service-oriented architecture; * Prior experience in technical leadership of squads—acting as a technical reference, not merely people management; * Experience in developing people—including feedback, 1:1s, technical mentoring, and performance tracking; * Solid knowledge of software architecture, engineering best practices, and evolution of scalable solutions; * Proficiency in SOLID principles, Clean Code, automated testing, code review, observability, and continuous improvement; * Experience with agile methodologies and demand management tools such as Jira or similar; * Experience with cloud platforms—preferably GCP—including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, APIs, and related services; * Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, or distributed systems; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices; * Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and ease of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * Analytical, collaborative mindset with a strong ownership mentality—focused on the real business impact of deliveries.
