Your responsibilities will include: Planning, monitoring, and controlling medium- and high-complexity projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and expected benefits. Supporting and guiding project managers and cross-functional teams, serving as a technical reference for methodologies, tools, and project management best practices. Developing, reviewing, and standardizing project artifacts such as schedules, project plans, communication plans, risk plans, test scripts, and executive reports. Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), conducting critical analyses, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. Managing risks and their dependencies, ensuring proper documentation, impact assessment, and tracking of agreed-upon responses. Performing project governance, ensuring compliance with PMO/VMO-defined processes, internal policies, and adopted frameworks. Facilitating communication among stakeholders, promoting alignment between business units, IT, suppliers, and senior leadership. Supporting prioritization, demand management, and portfolio processes, contributing to value-, risk-, and capacity-based decision-making. Leading or supporting testing, validation, and acceptance of deliverables, ensuring clearly defined success and acceptance criteria. Promoting continuous improvement of project management processes by proposing methodological adjustments, lessons learned, and team training.
