Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration (an advantage); * Experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Main Responsibilities: * Contract reactivation; negotiating agreements with customers; issuing duplicate payment slips; providing customer service to resolve customer inquiries; handling inbound calls; creating service orders (OS) for technicians to retrieve equipment.
