It offers services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Support the procurement department in acquiring products and services. Obtain quotations from suppliers, negotiating prices, delivery deadlines, and payment terms. Issue purchase orders and monitor the approval workflow. Track delivery deadlines to ensure adequate supply. Manage inventory, invoices, and procurement-related documents. Maintain an updated supplier database. Act as the liaison between the company and suppliers, ensuring effective communication.
