**Job Objective:** Be responsible for preparing, assembling, and delivering food in the VIP area, as well as managing inventory and supporting sales, ensuring compliance with established quality, organization, and service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and finish food items according to established standards * Assemble dishes and portions * Monitor daily inventory usage and track restocking * Place orders when necessary * Monitor product expiration dates and storage conditions * Ensure product preservation and quality * Sell products * Deliver orders to VIP rooms * Ensure prompt and high-quality service **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in customer service and/or food handling * Minimum 6 months of experience working in professional kitchens (restaurants, fast food) * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Sense of urgency and proactivity * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team * Availability to work afternoons and evenings at a shopping mall **Work Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 schedule with one fixed weekly day off and Sundays in accordance with current legislation (1 or 2 days, depending on gender) **Working Hours:** 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (or closing time, departure at 11:00 PM) **Salary:** R$ 1\.650,00 \+ cash drawer allowance (10% when also operating the cash register) **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 28.00 per day (average R$ 600.00\) * Transportation voucher * Dental plan * Access to Wellhub (Gympass) * Birthday day off * Performance-based bonuses **Note:** Applying for this position does not guarantee participation in subsequent stages of the selection process, which is subject to profile analysis and alignment with the position requirements.
