This is a full-time position involving daily responsibilities such as: * Identifying and qualifying leads * Making initial outreach to potential customers * Supporting the development of sales strategies The candidate will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent sales funnel and generate new business opportunities that contribute to Delta's growth. **Qualifications (Preferred)** * **Inside Sales and Lead Generation:** experience in inside sales and prospecting strategies to attract and qualify potential customers. * **Communication and Sales:** strong verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and persuasion techniques for successful conversions. * **Business Development:** knowledge of market expansion strategies and building long-term business relationships. * A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is considered a plus, as is prior experience in the real estate or B2B sales industry.
