Experience in the transportation field and proficiency in Excel **Date:** Nov. 5, 2025 **Location:** UBERABA, MG, BR **Company:** Grupo Petropolís **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide administrative assistance in processes related to transportation fleet maintenance and control, performing operational checklists, billing, and using the ATS system to record truck driver work shifts. * Generate procurement orders via the SAP system, purchase toll passes, dispatch vehicles for loading and unloading, contributing to optimal fleet operation in compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education. * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Processes, or related fields — preferred but not required. * Experience in the transportation field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. * ERP system knowledge — desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Must reside in Uberaba\-MG
