Description

Ensure the supply of production inputs and other materials used by the company at the lowest possible cost, while meeting established standards for delivery timelines and product and service quality. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct supplier availability research for products and services in the AB curve (via internet searches, events, and e\-mails) to collect pricing and brand information, aiming to identify the best purchasing opportunities; may operate across any purchasing classification as required by the department; * Execute consolidated purchases according to categories defined in the procurement planning and as directed by the Procurement Management team; * Issue scheduled Purchase/Supply Orders containing supplier/service provider registration data, item description, brand, unit price, quantity, scheduled delivery date, and negotiated payment terms and conditions, forwarding them to the respective suppliers; * Monitor daily deliveries of purchased items to ensure products and services are delivered on the agreed dates and under the agreed conditions; * Research alternative products, consistent with production process capabilities, to improve product quality and reduce operational costs, requesting samples for testing and documentation for review by the Supplier Qualification Technical Committee (C.T.Q.F); * Receive daily purchase requests by product category and obtain quotations via the electronic platform and/or e\-mail; track issued quotations/requests to ensure timely responses, especially for urgent and scheduled orders; * Monitor the return process for goods delivered inconsistent with the purchase order; * Prepare and analyze competitive bid maps (Excel spreadsheets) containing supplier proposals (responses to quotations) received via e\-mail; for electronic platform quotations, generate the general PDC report classifying proposals from lowest to highest value; * Register new suppliers in the Management System for consultation and quotation purposes, as needed; * Negotiate supply contracts for products and services; * Develop projects aimed at reducing costs and improving delivery efficiency; * Monitor project implementation; * Draft operational procedures based on regulations governing the procurement and purchasing area; Prepare project presentations for monthly procurement and supply meetings; * **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, currently enrolled from the second year onward in Business Administration or related fields, Hospital Administration, or Logistics; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; * Minimum 6 months of purchasing experience; * Desired knowledge of purchasing routines and procedures, execution of purchases, negotiations, cost spreadsheet analysis, market possibilities, systemic vision, and analytical-synthetic capability. **Additional information** Salary: 3709.23 Work schedule: 5x2 (Monday to Friday); Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 of 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 of 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 of 07/30/1970\. It began its clinical operations on January 03, 2011, with gradual implementation, progressively increasing the number of beds offered to Uberlândia’s public health network. To serve the medium-complexity health needs of Uberlândia/MG’s population—estimated at approximately 600,000 inhabitants—the HMMDOLC operates in full partnership with the Municipal Health Secretariat of Uberlândia, supporting primary care units requiring secondary-level resolution, following a referral-based model for hospitalizations, outpatient care, and diagnostics.
