Description
* Identify the services to be performed, clarify any possible questions, and their completion deadlines. **Proceed with opening the service orders in the dealership's Dealer Management System (DMS) (initial auto-registration of the work order).** Request parts directly from the Internal Parts Counter (Boqueta). Before installing them, ensure they are correct and in good condition. **Analyze the services to be performed and select the basic and/or specialized tools required.** Access the Mopar Service Center and follow the prescribed procedures for each type of service. **Position the vehicle in the service bay. Use protective covers on bumpers, fenders, and the engine compartment to ensure the vehicle is not damaged or soiled during repairs.** Verify all safety items (tires, lights, brakes, filters, engine oil, door rubber condition, windshield wiper blades, and suspension) using the checklist for the vehicle undergoing inspection. **Prepare an estimate based on the vehicle's mileage and the inspected maintenance items.** After estimate approval, perform the inspection/repair (replacement of damaged parts). **Retrieve information from the Mopar Service Center regarding scheduled maintenance and peripheral component replacements across the vehicle's various subsystems.** Detect recorded fault codes and report them to the Workshop Supervisor/Master Technician, if necessary.
* Identify the need for module updates and inform the Advanced Services Technician. • Be responsible for quality verification through visual inspection to confirm that parts have been properly replaced as stipulated by Stellantis. • Perform additional tasks as specified by the department, implementing workplace organization and cleaning processes in accordance with the 5S standard. • Participate in internal technical training programs and Stellantis training programs. • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and implement improvement actions when necessary. • Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
