




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring performance indicators, managing store operations, coordinating with administrative departments, and ensuring legal compliance at the store. Inventory management and coordination with administrative departments. **This professional will be responsible for activities related to:** * Monitoring and tracking team and store performance indicators; developing and executing action plans to achieve store targets under their responsibility; * Serving as the store's liaison with administrative and support departments; managing store finances, infrastructure, product and supply inventory, and team management; * Ensuring all mandatory legal documentation complies with applicable legislation; * Implementing loss prevention, risk mitigation, and safety procedures; * Receiving representatives from regulatory agencies; * Ensuring proper store organization, pricing, and cleanliness according to established standards; * Keeping the Branch Registration File, Branch Documentation File, and Pharmaceutical Good Practices Manual up to date; * Printing, verifying, and submitting monthly and quarterly monthly drug balance reports for Lists A and B2; * Conducting weekly verification of controlled and antimicrobial drugs using the SCMC system; * Daily verification of prescriptions dispensed the previous day; * Submitting daily controlled substance inventory movements to SNGPC/ANVISA. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Availability to work on weekends; * Experience in managerial positions.
