Opportunity to learn about labor law / HR administration **HR Administration Internship \- Accounting Firm Setting** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support onboarding, vacation, termination, and payroll processes (domestic employees and pró-labore); * Digitally archive documents and maintain updated records; * Assist in submitting legal obligations (SEFIP, DCTFWeb, e-Social, FGTS Digital, DIRF); * Provide basic support to internal and external clients; * Monitor tasks via ONVIO platform, email, and WhatsApp; * Complete internal tracking forms and follow activity planning; * Contribute to an organized, ethical, and respectful work environment. **What We Expect From You:** * Organization, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn; * Strong analytical ability and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Interest in pursuing a career in labor law / HR administration. ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * **Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.** ***Additional Information:*** * Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 * Internship stipend: R$ 810.50 \+ R$ 50.00 * Transportation allowance: R$ 250.00 * **Availability for 6 hours/day and formal employment plan** ***Benefits:*** * Gympass * Pharmacy allowance * Birthday Off Job Type: Internship Compensation: starting from R$810.50 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
