Focused on valuing human capital, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Perform general cleaning of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, storage area, and outdoor areas of the restaurant. Sanitize tables, chairs, floors, walls, and contact surfaces. Collect and properly dispose of waste, separating common and recyclable garbage. Transport waste to the appropriate disposal location using PPE. Keep restrooms clean and fully stocked with necessary items. Support kitchen organization. Clean equipment and utensils as instructed. Assist with restaurant opening and/or closing, focusing on cleaning and organization. Ensure proper use of cleaning products and personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow the cleaning and hygiene standards required by the Hawaiian restaurant concept. Previous experience as a Hygiene Assistant, Cleaning Helper, Cleaning Assistant, or Cleaning Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
