Support accounts receivable collection and service agreement enforcement. **JOB DESCRIPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN DUTIES** Consult customers and offer them service plans to better meet their needs. Register bulls, donors, and farms in the management software and input relevant information. Prepare contracts and attach them to the customer's file. Organize service schedules with third-party veterinarians. Send production and semen/embryo inventory reports to the customer; organize embryo transfer preferences with the customer and notify the laboratory. Communicate production updates to breed associations. Support accounts receivable collection and customer service agreement enforcement. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of English and experience in livestock farming are preferred.
