Job Summary: The professional will ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), conduct safety inspections, guide teams, and support incident investigations, contributing to the continuous improvement of safety processes. Strong analytical capability and data rigor (critical analysis) **Date:** Feb 25, 2026 **Location:** UBERABA, MG, BR **Company:** Grupo Petropolís **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) in the industrial environment. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. Guide and train teams on safe work practices. Monitor proper use of PPE and working conditions. * Support incident investigations and implement preventive actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety processes. Authorize, monitor, and guide activities performed by contracted companies regarding occupational safety procedures. * Develop and deliver safety training and safety talks. Collect unit-level data and indicators for data analysis. Consolidate data and create managerial visibility tools (dashboards, presentations, etc). **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical Certification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor. * Experience in applying Regulatory Standards (NRs) and ISO 45001. * Experience in implementing procedures and process standardization. * Experience in internal/external audits. * Advanced Excel knowledge, dashboard development, and AI. * Strong analytical capability and data rigor (critical analysis). * Industrial environment experience will be considered a plus. * Knowledge of SOC software and Occupational Hygiene will be a plus. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
