Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. Guide and train teams on safe work practices. Monitor proper use of PPE and working conditions. * Support incident investigations and implement preventive actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety processes. Authorize, monitor, and guide activities performed by contracted companies regarding occupational safety procedures. * Develop and deliver safety training and safety talks. Collect unit-level data and indicators for data analysis. Consolidate data and create managerial visibility tools (dashboards, presentations, etc). **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical Certification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor. * Experience in applying Regulatory Standards (NRs) and ISO 45001. * Experience in implementing procedures and process standardization. * Experience in internal/external audits. * Advanced Excel knowledge, dashboard development, and AI. * Strong analytical capability and data rigor (critical analysis). * Industrial environment experience will be considered a plus. * Knowledge of SOC software and Occupational Hygiene will be a plus. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
