Opportunity to develop skills in a collaborative environment **Date:** Mar 17, 2026 **Location:** UBERABA, MG, BR **Company:** Grupo Petrópolis **Junior Transport Analyst** **Position:** Junior Transport Analyst **Work Model:** On-site **Department:** Logistics / Transportation Location: Uberaba \- Minas Gerais **Position Objective** Support transportation operations by ensuring efficient carrier monitoring, adherence to pickup, loading, and delivery deadlines, and maintaining clear communication among involved departments. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Monitor carriers daily, from arrival for loading through final delivery to the customer. * Track vehicle arrival times, loading start times, and departure times. * Monitor delivery status, ensuring accurate and timely updates to relevant departments. * Maintain direct contact with carriers to align demands, address incidents, and improve operational performance. * Record transportation information in spreadsheets and internal systems. * Communicate\-with internal departments (Shipping, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service) to align information. * Assist in tracking transportation KPIs and carrier performance. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed High School education. * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (or related fields). * Prior experience with carriers (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Strong communication skills and ability to interact across departments. **Desirable Competencies** * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Agility in problem resolution. * Collaborative and proactive mindset. * Logical reasoning for operational data analysis.
