Weekend shifts Under the chef's supervision, prepare meals by executing dishes according to the menu; May substitute for the chef in their absence, preparing meals and cooking dishes according to the assigned menu; In case of weekend shifts, may be responsible for meal preparation; wash, peel, and cut vegetables, legumes, and fruits; Select and prepare seasonings and other ingredients; Assist in pre-preparation and preparation, as well as cooking and tasting of food; Prepare snacks, breakfast, coffee, tea, and juices; Monitor and/or distribute meals and their components at the service counter, ensuring organization and cleanliness; Clean and sanitize the work area; Related duties. Requirements: Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant; Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling. Ability to work in a team and adhere to food quality and safety standards.
